Event?

If I book now and I can not go on the trip later, what
happens ?
If you can not go and make such decision
by the deadline of June 25th
you receive a full refund.
After that, the cruise line charges some fees for
cancellations.
Why should I book early ?
You should book early in order to be able
to get the type of accommodations you desire.
There are only a "limited" number of rooms per category set aside for
our event and
they are on a "first come-first served" basis.
WE HAVE 150 CABINS RESERVED AND MUST
HAVE ALL BOOKED
by May 20th
FOR THE "SALSA PORTION" OF THE CRUISE TO BE INCLUDED.
Should such not occur, you will be called and given the
option of a refund,
or to continue on the cruise as planned without the Salsa.
What are the deadlines / cancellation fees?
VARIOUS DEADLINES:
|
100 % refund $150 cancellation fee 50 % refund 100 % cancellation fee There is a $ 25 cancellation administrative fee. |
if cancelled before May
25th if cancelled between May 26th and June 20th if cancelled between June 21st and June 30th if not cancelled by July 20th |
If I have paid for the trip and can not go, what
happens ?
If it is after all the deadlines,
there are penalties and charges charged by the Cruise line.
Also, cruise lines are not liable if the cruises are cancelled for reasons
beyond their control.
You are strongly encouraged to buy TRIP INSURANCE....as
agent
DO NOT BUY THRU CRUISE LINE.
It is relatively inexpensive and well worth it.
Tropical storms, Hurricanes, etc. can always happen.
How do I book the event ?
Make sure to contact
High Point Travel at: (214) 691 0707 ext 306 Linda Daugherty
Name of Trip:
Tropical Cruise and Salsa 2
Booking through another agent and/or directly thru Carnival
DOES NOT guarantee inclusion in the Salsa Events
What items are not included in the trip ?
No cruise line includes the following:
Drinks whether alcoholic or not. These are your responsibility.
There is a "soft drink" card which can be purchased for $ 25 for the
trip.
There is not an alcoholic beverage card.
Prices are similar to what you would find at a local club.
I went online and saw different prices ?
a) Cruise
lines publish really cheap prices early on, but please note:
These prices continue to go up as the cruise fills up and ARE NOT related to the
Salsa Events.
They apply to the "standard" cruise benefits for the general public.
In addition, they also do not include the following:
Port Taxes, Mandatory Gratuity, Soft Drinks, Alcoholic drinks, special events
and excursions.
and they are subject to change without notice.
We have noted some of these charges in the Cruise Costs (Port Taxes and
Gratuity)
b)
We are providing and paying for our own entertainment.
You are also entitled TO ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES AND BENEFITS
offered to all guests by the cruise line.
What kind of document(s) do I need to go on the trip?
US citizens need either
passport or certified copy of birth certificate
with state seal and drivers license.
Non citizens need residents
card with drivers license or US government photo ID.
Residents of other countries are occasionally required to have further
documentation as advised by consulate.
Is there an Airlines Discount?
Yes, Contact the booking agent above.
They have set up a special
StarFile # with American Airlines for special discounts.
If you want other methods of travel, feel free to consult with the booking agent
also.
